    excellent location across the lake, spacious hotel lobby with chandeliers, internal room views with green plants

    No balconies in rooms!!! Worn-out towels and thin options could use an upgrade!!! The early morning street noise disrupts peace-seekers!!! Rooms could benefit from improved sound insulation!!!

    I really enjoyed my stay, especially the delicious pre-paid breakfast and the gorgeous room with side windows that let in lots of sunlight. The rooftop pool and spa were great places to unwind. The only downside was the early morning street noise, which can be a bit annoying, but it didn't ruin my experience. 🤗

    The room was well priced, especially an outstanding view of the lake from the window. The location was great and beautiful, you can visit Ngoc Son Temple by walking. There was a lake and a park close to the place.

    The location is nothing short of perfection-just steps from the lake and the lively old quarter. The breakfast spread is really good, with options to satisfy every palate. My upgraded lake view room was charming, although slightly compact for two.

    great views but minor comfort issues

    The elegant lobby ambiance with live music created a perfect evening atmosphere. I appreciated the kindness of the staff who stored my luggage during my trip to Halong Bay. I also loved the city view from the hotel.

    The shower in my room was spacious, but I found the water pressure to be inconsistent at times.

    The location was unbeatable, right by hoan kiem lake, and the breakfast spread was a real treat with both local and western options. I definitely felt pampered by the attentive staff, surpassing my experience from my previous trip to hanoi.

    The Junior Suite was spacious and had a modern bathroom, great. The bed was super comfy. I loved the view of the lake from our room! Only downside was the shower area could flood easily since the door design wasn't the best. The little balcony was a nice touch as well.
